SIT - Default Fiscal Position
On Partners, set the default fiscal position based on the selected country.

Usage
When changing the country on a partner, Odoo will try to set the Fiscal Position accordingly, as follows :
- first start by checking if there are some fiscal positions applied on the country
- if none if found, then search fiscal positions applied on country groups which include the country of the partner
Note : in both cases above, if several are found, the one with the smallest sequence is selected
